VisaAssess

I'm an ACCA-qualified finance professional based in Dubai, and I have applied for visitor visas on a passport that gets questioned more than most, twenty-eight countries so far. I built VisaAssess after watching how much of this industry profits from anxiety rather than resolving it.

Why this exists

Most of the visitor-visa industry gets paid whether you fly or not. Agents charge the same fee for a strong application and a hopeless one, and the person least able to tell the difference is the applicant. That struck me as the wrong way round, so I built the thing backwards: tell people honestly where they stand first, and only charge when the help is real.

What qualifies me: and what does not

I am not an immigration lawyer and VisaAssess is not immigration advice. What I do bring is two things that are genuinely relevant.

Experience. I have applied for visitor visas repeatedly on a passport that gets questioned more than most, from the UAE, and I have travelled to twenty-eight countries. I have queued in the visa centres, built the evidence packs, and felt the particular anxiety of waiting on a decision that a holiday, a wedding or a funeral depends on.

Expertise, in one specific place. I am an ACCA-qualified accountant and a finance manager by profession. Financial evidence carrieseighteen per cent of the weight in our UK model, and reading and presenting financial records is literally my job. On bank statements, self-employed income, lump-sum deposits and sponsor finances, I am not a layman quoting a website.

On everything else, what the Immigration Rules mean, how a specific case should be handled, I cite the published source and stay out of the way. That boundary is deliberate, and it is why the site tells you to speak to a regulated adviser about your own circumstances.

How it makes money

The check is free and always will be. If a report would genuinely help, it costs $9. Templates and a checklist cost $5, or $12 for both together. There is no subscription and nothing renews. If your profile reads red we will not sell you anything at all, because a report would not change your position.

Who runs it

VisaAssess is operated by Tanzeel Labs, LLC, a Delaware company, and run from Dubai. You can reach me at hello@visaassess.com. It comes to me, not a support queue.
