Plain terms for a narrow product. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

1. What VisaAssess is
VisaAssess is an educational self-assessment tool operated by Tanzeel Labs, LLC. It explains how publicly published visa criteria work and estimates how a profile reads against them.
2. What VisaAssess is not
It is expressly not, and must not be relied on as:
- immigration advice, legal advice, or advice of any kind about your case;
- an immigration or document-preparation service;
- a prediction, assurance or guarantee of any visa outcome;
- a service connected with, endorsed by, or affiliated to any government, consulate, UK Visas & Immigration, USCIS, or the U.S. Department of State.
We do not submit applications, contact any authority, or act for you. For advice on your own circumstances, consult a regulated immigration adviser, in the UK, one registered with the Immigration Advice Authority or otherwise exempt; in the US, a licensed attorney or accredited representative.
3. Accuracy and limits
Scores are estimates produced by a published weighted model, described in full on our methodology page. They cannot account for evidence quality, interview performance, officer discretion, or facts you did not enter. Immigration rules change; we update the model when we become aware of changes, but we do not warrant that the site reflects the current rules at any given moment. You are responsible for checking the primary sources, which we link throughout.
4. Paid products
Paid items are one-time purchases delivered digitally. The Educational Report explains published criteria. The Templates & Checklist product provides blank, fill-in-the-blank documents which you complete in your own words and submit yourself. We do not draft, review, or submit any document for you.
5. Refunds
If a paid product is not what was described, email hello@visaassess.com within 30 days and we will refund it. We do not refund on the basis of a visa outcome, because the product never promised one.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, resell its outputs, or present them to anyone as professional advice. Do not use VisaAssess to advise other people on their applications as a business: doing so may itself be a regulated activity in your jurisdiction.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanzeel Labs, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site, including visa fees, travel costs, or consequences of a refusal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
